  • Consumer Agreement

    1. Custom projects and designs are the sole property of Sunrise Tactical Gear.
    2. Any and all design traits, templates and manufacturing processes are the sole property of Sunrise Tactical Gear.
    3. Any work done as "Prototyping" or "Design" will be done under contract and charged at an hourly rate regardless of a delivered product.
    4. Any submitted designs must be complete or a design contract must be completed before production.

    I offer Prototype service with as minumum charge and at an hourly rate, please contact me with your project for a quote.

    I offer a sewing service, you will need to provide me with a detailed print and your required sewing procedures. Contact me for a quote.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, Sunrise Tactical Gear ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Sunrise Tactical Gear ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
